MySafeWorkplace® is an Anonymous Incident Reporting System. The option of anonymity allows you to safely submit an incident report, providing a platform to speak up about concerns in your workplace. The MySafeWorkplace® system offers anonymity for users by employing third-party operators and a secure web-based system. Regardless of the seriousness of the incident, it can be reported with confidence that your identity and contact information will be protected if you choose. Your incident report will not be posted or made available to anyone except the appropriate individuals within your organization. Using MySafeWorkplace® can help reduce fears of retribution and embarrassment that often keep victims or witnesses silent.

MySafeWorkplace® is universally available, 24/7/365, from any Internet connection or by calling our call center. Please refer to our US/Canada and International list of numbers on our home page. You choose your level of anonymity from the following options:
  1. Remain completely anonymous
    You will not reveal your name or contact information to your organization or to MySafeWorkplace®. Your identity is completely protected on the incident report.
  2. Remain anonymous toward organization
    You are comfortable revealing your name and contact information to MySafeWorkplace®, but not to your organization. MySafeWorkplace® may contact you confidentially to gather additional information yet will not reveal your identity at any time to your organization.
  3. Do not care about anonymity
    You do not care about anonymity. You choose to reveal your name and identity to both your organization and to MySafeWorkplace®.
Upon submitting your report you will be asked to create a personal password. A randomly generated access code will be provided upon successful submission of your incident report. With this information, you can, at any time, re-enter the MySafeWorkplace® website or call the call center and check the status and receive updates on your incident report.
