The purpose of this web based service is to provide every employee with a reliable, confidential, and anonymous communication tool to report issues of financial wrongdoing or theft. This service is an enhancement, not a replacement for current methods of reporting such incidents.
Please feel free to continue utilizing normal College procedures and protocols if you feel comfortable in doing so. You should feel free to report any incident to your supervisor, department head, or human resource department. The report of an incident will not result in any sort of negative action against you. Retaliation of any sort in response to any incident report submitted will not be tolerated by Monmouth College.
Some concerns that you may report include, but are not limited to:
- Accounting/audit complaints and concerns
- Billing practices
- Bribery and kickbacks
- Compliance with financial regulations
- Corporate scandal
- Falsifying documents
- Financial misconduct
- Identity theft
- Theft (financial or other)
- Vendor concerns
Every employee has free, unlimited access to this anonymous and confidential incident reporting system entitled MySafeWorkplace®. This beneficial service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week via a toll free number, 1-800-461-9330, or the internet at www.MySafeWorkplace.com.
Upon submission of your report, you will be provided with a unique access code and asked to generate a personal password. It is very important that you document this information, as it will be used to follow up on your report. You can call MySafeWorkplace® at 1-800-461-9330 or log in to www.MySafeWorkplace.com to check the status of your report. Once the unique access code and password are entered, you may continue anonymous dialogue with Monmouth College through the message board, “Talk To Your Organization” section of your report.
